Centre Management Office
Centre Management Office is located on the outside of the Centre next to T&A's Cafe & adjacent to the children's playground and offers customer services and information.
Gift Cards
Salamander Bay Shopping Centre Gift Cards are now available for purchase online or from the Centre Management Office. The Gift Cards are valid for a 12 month period from date of purchase and can be used at any participating specialty retailer.
Wheelchairs/mobility scooter
Wheelchairs and a mobility scooter are available from the Centre Management Office free of charge, with approved identification.
Parent Room
The Parent Room is well equipped with changing tables, feeding cubicles, microwave and toilet for your convenience. These rooms are situated in the toilet corridor near the food court
Toilets
Toilets are conveniently located within the Centre including access for the mobility impaired.
Taxis
Taxis - a taxi rank is situated outside Companion Credit Union/Commonwealth Bank entrance (the BiLo end of the Centre)
Buses
Buses travelling to other areas of Port Stephens, Newcastle & Sydney can be accessed at the bus stop outside the Commonwealth Bank.
Community Notice Board
The Communcity Noticeboard is a FREE service provided for you. Cards for the board are available from Centre Management Office. The board is located on the wall opposite Produce Perfection.
